*When I first met Dianna ,it was over the phone. she called me and asked me if I needed help selling my house. At that time, I was trying to sell it myself . Dianna offer me some helpful hints . But I was not ready to give it up to a realestate at that time . She was truthful and honest. She never played games . That is one of the reasons why I chose her to sell my house, a year later. The other realstates played to many games. One of the larger realestates called me often about my house ,to the point of harrassment . They would even tell me they had people interested in my house, it was a scam to get me to sign on .It made me unhappy with them. That realestate office was unethical. So when i made the dission, it was Penn-York Real Estate ,and I wanted Dianna to sell my house . She did the right thing . She followed the law ,never lead me astray .I always knew the deal with her . HONESDALE should be proud to have somebody like Dianna . She is an awesome person .
